Uses

This cement is used for large-scale concreting because of the reduced build-up of heat of hydration. Concretes with portland slag cement have a higher resistance to aggressive conditions via high strength maintenance. For this reason portland slag is widely utilized in all forms of construction and in the manufacture of pre-fabricated material
